After spending many years using, growing, living with and researching cannabis and hemp, many of us have boiled down all the 'interests' and arguments, propaganda and facts down to some very simple core issues.
One important issue or condition we've uncovered involves two 'groups' who are competing to be able to access cannabis and another group trying to gain upper hand control over cannabis and tell us all who can do what, when with cannabis.
We call these two groups Primary (must have) and Secondary (nice to have but not necessary for us all to enjoy benefits of cannabis freely, at cost, not for profits or tax fund or agency and fee building) Stakeholders.
After much thought and consideration, we've joined the ongoing Email List discussions going on amongst many Primary (necessary) Stakeholders of Cannabis and Hemp, being the Growers, Doctors (and public health interests), Patients (and end users) which are the folks we've known for decades and generations.
The Primary Stakeholders being the only ones essential to further our pre-existing 10,000+ year old natural and human rights to cannabis and hemp, safely, as we've been doing for generations. This includes common folks growing, sharing, exchanging cannabis and hemp for health, healing or survive on (family or community benefit) but not large scale commercial operations for corporate profit or government revenues.
Also in this email group are Secondary Stakeholders, who wish to cash in or profit from the pre-existing rights of us all, as a business or tax agency concern for their own benefit.
As long as all the rights and benefits of cannabis and hemp are fully in the hands of the Primary Stakeholders, other lesser Stakeholders or 'for profit' operations may do as they wish as long as the rest of us are free to do as we wish, with basic, non-man made processed or value added cannabis and hemp, without being forced to fund their for profit operations, unless we choose to.
Go Here to SEE All The Cannabis related Bills in our California State Legislature right now. If you Oppose Any Bill, Please Write A Letter of Opposition to the State Assembly Committee or Group that's reviewing the Pending Bills, as they move around the State House and Senate.
If YOU do not oppose them, they will be express passed to enrich the elite to our risk, peril, burden and harm. We shall pay for the caviar and wine of the elite unless we OPPOSE all unjust bills before they become law (new frauds).

The SFHomeless group moderators have been forwarding us copies of these pending cannabis bill messages. I'm meeting with patients and group leaders tonight and will write back feedback tomorrow.
As many of you know, generally speaking most of our peers are against any new state laws that:
(1) Do not go directly to reducing a real
harm or risk to people and environment that is great and
'provable' based on facts, science, reliable studies or
(2) Denies any patient or person in need the right to grow or obtain cannabis for free or at cost or
(3) Creates any government agency or authority that seeks to control or tax basic cannabis that is not being sold or used as a commercial for profit enterprise OR that creates elite monopolies or sends any person to jail for cannabis related activities not involving harm to others or other crimes such as theft of cannabis, or
(4) Causes any undue burden or harm or denial of access to any person who seeks to use cannabis for any good purpose for personal, family or community group uses.
(5) And, we seek an end to all prohibitions, drug wars and other frauds that have plagued us for 80+ years causing misery to tens of millions of families from coast to coast to enrich the elite in liquor, pharma, textile, petro-chemical and prison building and government agency making industries for mega profits.
(6) And, we seek Damages for 80+ years of organized fraud in the form of Two Demands. One for the Cannabis Prisoners and a Second for the Taxpayers who were deceived and defrauded that funded the Evil Weed Campaigns and crimes of the elite who stole our cannabis by lying and foisted liquor, hard drugs and corruption into our minds for generations. Causing millions of homes, cars, families and children to be seized by unjust corrupted laws that had nothing to do with reducing harm, saving lives or keeping us all safe.
These are some of the general concepts, facts and principles upon which we stand, in truth. We're not here to pass laws that enable the Criminals in Cannabis to move onto being our Cannabis Kings, until their debts to all of us are PAID IN FULL !

Do not forget that while our
people, en mass, were eating moldy ham sandwiches in jails
and prisons for non-violent cannabis crimes, The Elite
were dining on caviar and wine, as they and their pawns in
government and private corporations were taking over
millions of homes, sticking our children into state
contracted foster homes, doping them up on pharma drugs,
selling off all your cars and family assets.
The same elite are now underwriting most of these laws and you must oppose any laws that do not protect US the common people or that unduly enrich corporations, banks or government agencies because NONE OF THEM ARE WORTH OUR TRUST, EVER AGAIN, based on their conduct over the past 80 years.

BOTTOM LINE:
Cannabis & Hemp are either gifts to us all from nature, and as such belong freely to us all or not. Everything else that runs contrary to this basic, natural human right is likely a lie being told to enrich or empower 'some of us', not 'all of us'.

Hey SF folks,
