WTF! Now Twenty Four 24 Cannabis Bills Pending-CA Legislature-Most Are Elite Monopoly Makers and Destroy Collectives

      Well folks, as many of you know leaders and patients from your San Francisco Cannabis Patients' Union, Axis of Love & Other Collectives gathered together last month to talk about how we were treated last June when we fought to take down one monopoly making collective destroying Bill (AB-26 Cooley) which has been 'revived' and is now Bill Number AB-266 Cooley (and now AB-26 is a new 'other' cannabis bill by jones-sawyer).

We all discussed how insane the government is (and criminal) to one day put you in jail for cannabis and now, in 2015, they want complete control over all cannabis and hemp to make megaprofits and tax funds (for their public service-privatized for profit programs) for their major benefit, not yours!  

     Every 'for profit & tax & control' law you let them pass will DRIVE UP COSTS and reduce your rights to access and benefit from this plant that was given TO YOU - FROM NATURE, NOT MAN.  

  CANNABIS IS NOT A MAN MADE PRODUCT OR COMMODITY.  BIG BUSINESS DOES NOT OWN IT.  GOVERNMENTS DO NOT OWN IT. 

IT IS YOUR SACRED NATURAL RIGHT THAT FREES US ALL UP FROM THE DESTRUCTIVE PRODUCTS OF MAN MADE LIQUOR, PHARMA, NARCOTICS AND JUNK FOOD !

    They are passing these monopoly for profit cannabis laws to nsure that YOU, the free willed individual or your local collectives, families and communities will be forced to register and pay taxes, fees, fines and whatever THEY WANT -- if you wish to continue the 10,000+ year old safe practices, uses and traditions we've all been doing for generations.   

    Long before The Elite in Liquor, Oil, Pharma & Politics and Prison Building concocted the Great Frauds of Cannabis/Hemp Prohibition and faux Drug Wars that decimated the lives of over 50 Million Americans since 1937. 

     They owe us all Trillions REPARATIONS to all cannabis prisoners and taxpayers (who funded the elite's frauds) for the harm, home and land takings and false imprisonment carried out by the elite who took away your cannabis and hemp, in the first place under a pack of lies and by propaganda, intimidation and brute force at gun point.

     The Elite writing today's State Cannabis Laws have not changed their stripes one bit. 

  They wish to avoid accountability and responsibility for 80+ years of horrendous 'law' enforcement that was nothing more than a protection racket for the liquor, pharma and narcotics rackets which enriched all the banksters, prison builders, police unions and real estate developers and lawyers and government traitors who helped them carry out one of the longest ongoing frauds in history.

 So, after we discussed all we know about cannabis and the current state and federal governments, we decided that most of these now 24 Pending Cannabis related laws (up 3 more since last article posted a month or so ago) are detrminental to every person and patients' fundamental natural, human, civil and consitutional rights.

     We find that government should have an extrememely limited set of laws and powers to ONLY address things about cannabis that can show an immediate and great threat or harm to people or environment.  Such as laws for outdoor grows to protect us from harms caused by bad irrigation or growing methods of large grows that have been known to impact the environment.

   Laws to do with who is 'okay' to grow, use or share cannabis is the business of the adults and the local communities that are in, not the state government.   Laws to do with helping big business make fortunes on cannabis while denying the masses free and at cost cannabis and hemp is another set of frauds by the elite, being written into these pending bills in California and from coast to coast. 

   We shall oppose all such commercial enterprise laws until all bad state and federal laws have been struck down, by Ending All Prohibitions so we can start over from scratch and THE PEOPLE can chose to write the laws needed to protect ourselves.  We are smart enough, experienced enough and there are millions of us who are like minded.  

   We do not trust the lawyers, businessmen, tobacco, elite famiies like the Gettys (with Gavin Newsome fronting for their interests, not our people and patients) because they are the ones who got rich beating cannabis growers, patients and users up and they stole our homes, lands, children and assets under corrupted laws that should never have existed.

   A with our united efforts those kinds of elite written laws shall not come to pass or be enforceable because TRUTH, JUSTICE and THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE is on our side, not theirs.  All they do is fake being human and act like they care about us until they pass their laws, then they attack us with ever increasing costs, taxes, fees, fines and penalties to make sure they get paid every time we grow or consume or share cannabis.

  WHY PAY THEM AT ALL ? 

  THEY HATE US ALL AND ONLY WANT CONTROL AND OUR MONEY FOR THEIR MANSIONS AND LUXURY LIFESTYLES. 

    We have also determined the 'truth' about Who Is A Real Stakeholder when it comes to cannabis and hemp.   It's YOU, the individual adult grower, user and consumer of cannabis and hemp,  as an inherent inalienable natural human right to access ANY PLANT that comes from nature AND your doctors and healers, period.   

   GDP are The PRIMARY STAKEHOLDERS.   

  Growers, Doctors (and health practitioners) & Patients (including any human user).

 All you need to BE SAFE is for The GDP to strike down all Unjust Laws that infringe on your primary rights to access cannabis and hemp, AS YOU WISH for free or at lowest costs possible, as it was before the elite defrauded us all with their laws and bad acts and unjust imprisonments over the past 80+ years.  

So, we are writing and encourage all clear and fair minded people to write Letters of Opposition to any of these 24 Pending Bills that YOU think or feel will take away from us all and deny us our basic natural human and civil rights to access and grow cannabis as we see fit to meet our needs, not to simply fill up the for profit bank accounts of the upscaled dispensaries, rent too high landlords, their banksters and organized crime associates on the streets and inside our government who all want YOU to beg them for permission and pay them a toll to do what you've been doing with cannabis and hamp safely, for 10,000+ years, with or without 'laws'.

The Case For Reparations For Cannabis Prisoners and Taxpayers Since 1934-Prohibition, Drug War Frauds

    Here's some interesting links to information about seeking reparations for damages caused to both cannabis prisoners and unsuspecting (or liquor and narcotic inebriated) Taxpayers defrauded or harmed since 1934.

NOTE:     Back in 1913, Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon was a major financial backer and key political ally of Du Pont petrochemical company.

   Mellon also had a nephew, Harry Anslinger, whom he would later appoint to head the Federal Bureau of Narcotics.   But that comes a bit later.

   That should help you understand who started the frauds, who benefitted the most and a better idea of how damaging it all was to tens of millions of innocent, harmless people and families in towns and counties from coast to coast. 

     Over 80 years of fear, suffering and devastation to all of our families and communities, by specific elite families and corporations that are here today, in 2015, trying to repeat it all under new state laws, so they may continue to lie, cheat and steal from us all, for mega profits.

     Only YOU can stop them and us all from repeating the last 80 years of misery, injury and premature death by taking back all rights, benefits and freedoms to do with cannabis and hemp, back to your self and your local community, not The State.

   We've been able to verify much of this information by way of one of our peers who knew Joseph Kennedy's main liquor supplier in Mexico who was owed money for hard liquor in his Tijuana warehouse that he couldn't sell right after liquor Prohibition ended, because the masses preferred marijuana, hash and Coke Drinks (with real cocaine or opium derivatives) over hard liquor.  

   Joseph Kennedy's long time, main liquor supplier (Mario Lozano) was privy to all that went into the 'set up' of the frauds of Prohibition which entailed using MovieTone News (in movie theatres) and tax dollars to set up Fear Mongering Evil Weed campaigns to bolster their move to destroy cannabis and hemp for everyone, except the black markets under their control.

     And you know the rest of the story from there....  Millions have suffered man made diseases and toxic exposure from man made crap and died before their time, over the past 80 years -- only because liquor and pharma and narcotics and toxic chemicals everywhere that were forced upon us, by the taking away of cannabis and hemp, in the first place, by the elite mentioned herein.

     They must pay for every life taken, every family broken apart and every child taken and every minute spent in custody and for every home and car taken, by these frauds, under color of authority, since 1934, or we shall never be free from their tyranny and economic controls and enslavements.

4 20 Day In San Francisco Reality Check - We Stopped Cleaning Because Police Rushed In Prematurely

Glorious 4/20 Day in San Francisco.   Because of the work done over the past 80+ years of folks who put freedom, lives and natural human rights ABOVE man made poisons, bad laws and toxic industries that kill.     For 10,000+ Years humans (and some animals) and nature have enjoyed many benfefits of cannabis and hemp without causing any great harm or death to any one.

     In fact, the only ones harmed by the frauds of Prohibition and Drug Wars has been about 50 Million Americans who lost their homes, families and freedoms over cannabis.

   But, that was only 'because of the unjust laws' (not their own harmless conduct) that were  passed to favor the Corporate King Families of Big Oil, Liquor, Pharma, Privatization, Prison Building and Huge Law Enforcement Agencies and Departments -- all working together to destroy the lives of anyone who doesn't give up cannabis and hemp for Prozac, Jack Daniels, Heroin, Nylon and premature death by mass media induced suicide.    One of the longest running and most expensive (in terms of money and lives and time lost) in the history of our nation.  

   If I could choose between a cop holding a gun on me at a rally who smoked a joint versus one who just polished off his last hit of crack or gin bottle for the day....  I'll take the pot head cop over the totally out of control, nervous system fried Alcohol or Narcotic Cop any day.

   This is about reality.    Our legal team finally made it down to 4/20 at Golden Gate late in the day and what we saw looked fine.    Tons of people leaving.... who had been there all weekend and it was easier to find other peers as the afternoon went onward to the eve.

   There were a few quick outbreaking fights between mostly young folks (drinking alcohol) and that caused folks to have to pick up and run fast to avoid being mobbed by the fight or the onlookers.   Then after those minor disturbances went by, many of us were still saying hello to folks we had not seen in months or years and lots of individuals, couples and families were cruising around picking up trash and piling it up as best they could.

   If the city, knowing almost exact volumes of average trash left by previous years' 4/20 had put out enough trash bins,   the cost of cleanup would have been dropped significantly and reduced the negative 'trash' bias local mass media pawns are regurgitating with the usual whiners....  but, folks were doing as best they could given their relaxed states of mind.

  Then, from our perspective right at Hippie Hill, we saw several ATV Riders with uniforms (all uniformed officers look threatening to the masses while they are in social settings, relaxing and see them come up all of a sudden) coming into the area from the east and we could see 'waves' of people in the dense masses 'reacting' to their sudden presence. It was like they came to push, control or exert some force or authority long before everyone was finished meeting, greeting, partying, packing out and cleaning up their affairs of the day.

  Then, someone, likely suffering PTSD from past encounter with uniformed officers (as in being beaten for no just cause by bad, violent ones in SFPD, for example) and likely having been drinking threw the bottle that hit one of the uniformed people that triggered a 2nd wave of uniformed ATV Riders (SFPD suited up this time) to storm in... and saw police movements all around the perimeters which caused most folks to feel bad, stop their partying, socializing and cleaning and take off before being potentially harassed or harmed by the premature, overwhelmingly expensive police.

   We all noted that had we all been left alone for the eve, most of the trash would have been taken out or stacked around the few trash bins that were put out and droves of recyclers, ground scorers (if you don't know what tens of thousands of folks in cities do every day, we can't help you...), volunteers and partiers would have had all night and the early morning to make most of it disappear, right before everyone's stoned eyes... because when we are given sufficient resources (i.g. trash cans, bins, portable bathrooms) we use them and use them well because we have pride and love our city.

    But, what a double edged sword. When the city fails to provide us with resources or tries to control or end our free willed partying, celebrating and socializing according to their will and agendas (prematurely),  then the mass media and whiners get busy to make it all seem like the fault of The People.   Which its not.

   Short-sided control freaks who are out of control and jump the gun and make mountains out of mole hills (for personal and group gains...) are THE PROBLEM.   Like the folks trying to KILL OUR GOLDEN GATE AND THE HAIGHT by stealing the MUNI 21 Bus Line.

Look at the Big Picture Folks. Sit-Lie, Gentrification, Privatized Upscale Buses all go to DESTROYING OUR CITY so banksters and east coasters can remodel it into their choke and die business models of New York and other commercialized to death metro areas.

They want their petro-chemical, hand held devices, machines, corporate cultures and material objects to take the place of our human cultures and natural rights and constitutional rights to live freely not as subjects of tyrants and mad men.
